Comet Technologies is the premier solution for streaming video over cellular networks. From surveillance scenes to monitoring crowds, Comet's cellular based systems can transmit live video with delay of 1-3 seconds from areas where traditional microwave systems can not transmit from. Video can stream live from a mobile system deployed in minutes or even our installed Comet Mobile Explorer. Scenes can be monitored by officers from PCs using web browsers or Windows Mobile and Nokia phones.

The New York Police Department uses Comet technology to do surveillance and monitor crowd control. The NYPD uses cameras mounted above street level to monitor New Year’s Eve festivities live from Time Square. The ability for police dispatchers to monitor dashboard cameras in real time can be a true life saver for those in the field.
The Comet Explorer Mobile System
Includes an upgraded Duo Core Comet 909 w/ 4 BNC inputs, a Mini Screen for checking you are live, and a slot for plugging in a pcmcia card for cellular access (pcmcia cellular data card and cellular service provided by customerer). Comet can also provide an optional auto start box to start the computer up when the car is powered on for an additional cost. Comet includes 5 accounts with this system - 1 for broadcast and 4 for viewing.
The Comet Wifi Mobile Surveillance System
This WIFI system ships in an industrial strength case providing for ease of transport. Includes a Laptop with 4 Axis Wifi indoor cameras, and a router. The cameras will need power but will not require being wired to a video card as they are Wifi. One stream can be viewed at a time and the cameras can be switched between in Comet Studio. Customer provides an express pcmcia cellular card and data plan from carrier of choice. Comet will include 5 accounts with this system - 1 broadcast and 4 for viewing.
